How to be @ 100% cause in your LIFE |
To be at "cause" means that you are responsible for how you feel, for what you create and what you give in your life experience. One can be at the "cause" of their life OR one can be at the "effect" Meaning that your life is being impacted by what is going on outside of you.
What if anything AND everything that we see, feel or hear is a GIFT? What if you choose to look at EACH experience and ask yourself; Why am I CHOOSING to be angry, sad, fearful, guilty or hurt by X? Our current society is fractured, broken and polarized. We need to heal and unite together. How can we accomplish that? It starts with a commitment to look at what is really going on inside each and every person. If every person makes a commitment to heal the angst they are experiencing, We will be LOVING ourselves even more and that LOVE will then flow outward to impact our world as a whole.
If one thinks that OTHERS need to change in order for them to be happy; that is a formula that will NEVER work. Can you imagine that your happiness is contingent upon EVERYONE thinking and believing EXACTLY the way you do? That can never happen and by forcing and pushing a different point of view is not an appropriate strategy. Difference is just Difference. It is not right or wrong. It is a different point of view.
What if we allow each and every person to have their "own" point of view without becoming attached to THEIR view. We CAN NOT do anything about another's point of view (POV) What if we lived in a world FREE of Triggers? What if we eliminated the use of the word TRIGGER? What if instead we ALL became accountable for the way we feel REGARDLESS of what others are saying or doing? We ALL need to look inside and heal our individual hurts and then we can as a planet come together more emotionally healthy to create a movement of LOVE within ourselves that will flow out to our planet.
